Since 1993 the “HIDROGRAPAS” have contributed to drastically reducing the time needed to change plates resulting in an increase in machine productivity .
Quick & simple
The handling is simple and quick for the operator. One quarter of a turn with the wrench is enough to tight or release the plates. The « HIDROGRAPA » is adapted to each type of offset press and only one wrench is enough for the overall operation of adjustment and substitution of the plate.
Uniform closing
The using is simple and without any failures, a specially concieved hydraulic circuit is integrated in the body of the clamp. The action of one quarter of a turn on the opening and closing device tight or release instantly the plate over its whole lenght. Thanks to a hydraulic rule, the power apportion is uniform over the whole clamp lenght and it can be adapted to different plate thicknesses. Let us compare a conventional quick mechanical clamp with a « HIDROGRAPA ».
Quick tightening & pretautening
Thanks to the new and revolutionary “QUICK PRETAUTERING” system of the plate, it is possible to reduce, even more, the plate changing times without loosing the register versatility of the conventional clamp systems. One quarter of a turn with the wrench is enough to lift the end clamp and to pretauten the plate over the cylinder.
For all presses
The « HIDROGRAPA » can be installed in all “offset”-presses. They are made with the same dimensions as the original clamps of the press, so cylinder modifications are avoided and the installation is facilitated. The functioning of the « HIDROGRAPA » is guarenteed even under extreme conditions of +4ºC to +55º C. The clamps can be equipped with all the prerregister-systems on the market. Protocol, bacher, electronic prerregister Padus Lehner etc …

Manufacture & quality control
The manufacture of the « HIDROGRAPA » is realized, in its entirety, in the installations of TGA in Madrid. The materials used in the manufacture, such as, the templed steel of the bolts, the antirust treatment and hardening of the pressure tooth etc …, makes that the « HIDROGRAPA » does not need any service.
The « HIDROGRAPAS » passes through different quality controls:
- Hardness and resistance of the materials ( termical treatment )
- Control of measuring according to DIN norms
