We have designed, manufactured, and integrated an automatic clutch/declutch system in an AGV to improve traction.
It features an electromagnetic clutch, an opening detector, and couplings specifically manufactured to withstand the high transmission torque.
The entire system has been integrated with the controller and display elements of the existing control system in the AGV.
The assembly and commissioning were carried out without affecting the normal production of the line.
