Project description
Metalcolor is interested in investing in and incorporating a six-color Offset press into its production processes. The Metal-Offset TGA technology is the perfect solution that fits their needs.
The solution:
A sheet-fed press has been converted for metal printing, including all the accessories of modern presses and adapting them to the state-of-the-art of current printing. The press will feature systems developed by TGA:
- Conversion of the feeder for printing on metal sheets (both steel and aluminum).
- System for scratch-free sheet transport.
- Automatic format change.
- Automatic plate change (AHP).
- Custom design and manufacturing of an extractor for printed sheets for entry into the drying oven.
