Modification of plate benders

TGA has carried out the mechanical, electrical, and control design, as well as the manufacturing and commissioning, for the modification of 3 plate benders in the prepress area of the graphic industry Calprint, located in Medina del Campo.

Thanks to this modification, our client can engrave plates of different lengths with the same bender, avoiding the investment in new equipment.

The system consists of a set of pneumatic cylinders which, together with a controller, achieves precise positioning, allowing the bender to perform the final positioning and bending within its tolerance limits.
